Accelerated Reader will be up and running on Monday morning. The students have taken their Star Reader quizzes, have obtained their levels and are excited about getting started!
A slight change to the schedule will be made in the afternoon because some of the 5th grade classes are involved in the Starbase program. So I will have additional classes in the afternoon to accommodate some of those students who will be away at Starbase on their regularly scheduled Library days.
I'm excited about having the students return this week! We'll be covering all of the Library rules and checking out.
We're going to be looking at a couple of different ways to buy books this year, since the school district had to cut our book and supply budget.
